4. Effectiveness of the Present Disclaimers
The present disclaimers are a constituent component of the Club’s Internet presence. If any wording of these disclaimers proves ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining wordings, provisions and disclaimers will not be affected. The ineffective wording will be replaced by an effective one, which comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective wording.
